Throughout her career, she has held key positions in post-closing management, product development, financial analysis, and customer service—giving her a comprehensive understanding of the lending process from every angle.
Susan is known for her problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to simplify complex financial situations for her clients. Whether she’s guiding first-time homebuyers or experienced borrowers, she approaches each interaction with care, clarity, and a commitment to finding the best possible solution.
Driven by a genuine desire to make a difference in people’s lives, Susan transitioned into loan origination to work more directly with clients and help them achieve their homeownership goals.
Outside of work, Susan is a devoted dog mom to three pups and enjoys staying active in her community. She also spent several years providing full-time care for family members—a role that speaks to her compassionate nature and dedication to others.
